You may return any Everlumi dietary supplement product for a full refund within 45 days of the original purchase date — even if the bottle is opened or completely empty.

Here’s how it works:

  • The 45-day period starts on the day your order is delivered to you.
  • This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each unique Everlumi product (one bottle per product per customer).
  • You do not need to return the product to receive your refund (we call this our “Empty Bottle Guarantee”).
  • Refunds include the full purchase price of the product(s) and any shipping fees you originally paid.
  • To initiate a refund, simply contact our Customer Happiness Team within 45 days of delivery at support@everlumi.co or via the contact form on www.everlumi.co.
  • Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

What’s NOT covered under this guarantee

  • Subsequent or repeat purchases of the same product
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers
  • Products purchased more than 45 days ago
  • Shipping fees on replacement or future orders

International Orders Our 45-day money-back guarantee also applies to international customers. Refunds will be issued in your local currency at the original exchange rate.
